Le projet de L’Institution royale pour l’avancement des sciences / Université McGill (l’« Université ») vise la requalification des pavillons A, E et L du site original de l’hôpital Royal-Victoria et la construction de nouveaux pavillons pour y abriter des laboratoires de recherche et d’enseignement, des salles de formation ainsi que des espaces de bureaux. Le lot L0311.01 inclut les travaux de coffrage des fondations et murs de refends, la fourniture et la mise en place du béton ainsi que la finition des dalles du pavillon L. VISITE DES LIEUX Les soumissionnaires peuvent assister à une séance d’information/visite du site lorsque celle-ci est prévue. La visite principale est prévue le mardi 18 novembre 2025 à 13H30 Adresse des lieux : 3848 rue University, Montréal, Québec H3A 2B4 Point de rencontre : Poste de sécurité au 4e étage du Pavillon C. Pour s’y rendre, il faudra se rendre au bout de la rue University, dépasser la porte en métal noir sur laquelle la pancarte Pomerleau se retrouve.
