The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to procure this requirement on a sole source basis in accordance with the statutory of 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1) as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only One Responsible Source and No Other Supplies or Service Will Satisfy Agency Requirements. The US Army Corps of Engineers, Rock Island District, intends to enter into a firm, fixed-price contract with Walk on Water Inc, 2704 16th Street, Spirit Lake, IA 51360-0343. The NAICS code for this procurement is 339999 with a size standard not to exceed 500E.
