195th Wing Leadership Symposium: Sources Sought Notice The 195th Wing of the California Air National Guard is in the early planning stages for its leadership symposium, scheduled for January 2026. This three-day event will be a significant gathering for our organization. We are seeking potential sources/venues located within Los Angeles, El Segundo, Hawthorne, Torrance, Inglewood, Lomita, Gardena, Lawndale, or Carson, California. Requirements 1. Function Room -One (1) function room capable of accommodating at least 250 occupants. -Must support a classroom setup with 30 long tables and 5 chairs each. -Must support a ballroom setup with 25 round tables with 10 chairs each. 2. Breakout Rooms -Three (3) breakout rooms, each capable of accommodating at least 30 occupants. -Configurable in hollow square or classroom setup. 3. Audio-Visual (AV) Equipment -Function room: projector(s), speakers, minimum two (2) wireless microphones, extension cords, and HDMI connection. -Breakout rooms: projector, extension cords, and HDMI connection. -Contractor shall provide setup and teardown of AV equipment and assist the Government with technical issues as needed. 4. Lodging Facility -Venue must have a lodging facility on site or nearby, preferably within walking distance or directly attached. Vendor Information Requested 1. Company name. 2. Company address as registered in the System for Award Management (SAM). 3. CAGE and UEI numbers. 4. Business size: large or small, and if applicable, socioeconomic category (e.g., HUBZone, Women-Owned, Service-Disabled Veteran-Owned, or Small Disadvantaged). 5. Venue details: overview of available function and breakout rooms, including setup options. 6. Lodging facilities: description of available accommodations near the venue. 7. Other pertinent commercial or industry information relevant to this requirement. This notice is issued solely for market research purposes to identify potential sources and gather industry input.
