The American Consulate General in Karachi is soliciting quotations for a one-year firm fixed price contract for gravel pulverization services on consulate grounds. The scope of work includes gravel stone scraping, crushing, and layout services, as well as the rental of an electric powered stone pulverization machine with a qualified operator. The contractor is responsible for providing all necessary labor, equipment, and materials, ensuring compliance with USG service standards and US Army Corps of Engineers EM-385 safety and health requirements. Key deliverables include the installation of the pulverization machine and a demonstration of crushing at least five cubic meters of gravel, both of which require approval from the Contracting Officer's Representative. The government will award the contract to the responsible company providing an acceptable technical offer at the lowest price. Technical acceptability is based on compliance with machinery specifications and operator qualifications, while the final price is calculated based on estimated quantities for the three primary service jobs. A mandatory condition for award is the successful passing of vetting via the Risk Analysis Management office. Interested offerors must be registered in the System for Award Management and submit their electronic proposals in PDF format to the designated email address by November 23, 2026, at 15:00 Pakistan standard time. A pre-quotation site visit is scheduled for October 28, 2026, requiring advance registration by October 26.
