Description of the Requirement: This requirement is: Continuation of internal efforts to support DTO mandate expansion and creation of new Directorate Generals, along with new divisions/units. Emphasis will be on the net new component(s) of the organization, but subsequent efforts to review the existing structure to look for areas to reduce duplication of effort or leverage economies of scale will need to be performed. The priorities, business plans and activities will be updated to ensure that the right organizational structure and the right number of qualified resources are in place to meet the office’s mandate and objectives. Furthermore, DTO will be working closely with its partners and stakeholders as it explores all avenues to achieve a seamless transition. As with any new initiative, it is expected that the fulsome vision and direction will evolve over time, require adjustment to the initial plans and activities. The contract is envisioned to be approximately one (1) year in length. for the services of: One (1) Organization Development Consultant, Senior Level of Security Requirement: Company Minimum Security: Reliability Resource Minimum Security Reliability Proposed period of contract: The proposed period of contract shall be from: May 1st 2024 – March 31st 2025 Estimated Level of Effort: The estimated level of effort of the contract will be for 200 days.
