CIHR-20260196/A 2X Organizational Development Senior consultants TIER 1 BID SOLICITATION FOR A CONTRACT AGAINST A SUPPLY ARRANGEMENT FOR TASK PROFESSIONAL SERVICES (TSPS) (TASK BASED) 2 X ORGANIZATION DEVELOPMENT CONSULTANT - LEVEL 3 (SENIOR) Only selected TSPS SA Holders currently holding a TSPS SA for Tier 1 in the National Capital Region (Ottawa/Gatineau) under the E60ZT-18TSPS series of SAs are invited to compete. SA Holders may not submit a bid in response to this bid solicitation unless they have been invited to do so. However, should an uninvited SA Holder wish to be invited, it may contact the Contracting Authority to request an invitation at any time prior to five business days before the published bid closing date, and an invitation will be made to that SA Holder unless it would not be consistent with the efficient operation of the procurement system. PERIOD OF CONTRACT / DELIVERY DATE Contract Period: The "Contract Period" is the entire period of time during which the Contractor is obliged to perform the Work, which includes: i) The "Initial Contract Period", which begins on the date the Contract is awarded and ends 8 months later. SECURITY REQUIREMENT There is a security requirement associated with this bid solicitation. New personnel security clearance requests will require mandatory fingerprints to initiate the criminal record check. The validity of an existing personnel security clearance issued by the Government of Canada is not affected by the change in the criminal record check process. Applicants who require a personnel security clearance are responsible for all costs associated with fingerprinting.
