This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for Commercial Items in accordance with the format in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included with this notice. This notice constitute the ONLY SOLICITATION; Price Quotes are being requested and a written solicitation WILL NOT be issued. This solicitation HSCG81-06-Q-C25031 is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ). Item Discription and Quantities are as indicated: 500 Lbs. Dor-Mor Buoy Anchors without Shackles 16 ea., 1000 Lbs. Dor-MOR Buoy Anchors without Shackles 14 ea. Acceptance: Destination, F.O.B: Destination, Delivery 31 March 2006. Delivery to: USCG ANT DULUTH, 1201 Minnesota Ave., Duluth, MN 55802. Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Provisions that applies to this RFQ: 52.212-1, Instruction to Offerors-Commercial Items (Jan 2006), 52.212-2, Evaluation-Commercial Items (Jan 1999), and 52.215-5, Facsimile Proposals(Oct 1997). The Government will award a contract resulting from this solicitation to the respnosive, responsible offeror whose offer conforming to this solicitation will be most advantageous to the Government, Price and other factors considered.
