Infinity HC-40 electrofishing system- IROQUOIS NWR, NY The Department of Interior, US Fish and Wildlife Service intends to award on a sole source basis with Midwest Lake Management, Inc. for an Infinity HC-40 Control Box and 40amp electrofishing systems to be installed on a custom built Ohio River Asian Carp Sampling boat. The control box will be complete with an anode/cathode junction box, inverter generator stabilizer, IGS hanger bracket, foot pedal safety switch and sealing caps for control box. FWS Iriquois NWR is located at 1101 Casey Road, Basom NY 14013 The proposed acquisition action is for items and services for which the Government intends to solicit and negotiate with only one source under the authority of FAR 13.106-1 (b). A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract acquisition based upon responses to the notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.
