The Naval Sea Systems Command (NAVSEA) intends to issue a Basic Ordering Agreement (BOA) to Rolls-Royce Naval Marine, Incorporated (RRNMI), 3719 Industrial Road, Pascagoula, MS 39581-5232 for the inspection, repair, alteration, and replacement of Government-furnished propulsor hardware, tooling, new hardware, and engineering services in support of in-service and new construction propulsor systems for the VIRGINIA Class submarine. The resulting BOA will have a five (5)-year ordering period. RRNMI has prior success in the manufacture of a VIRGINIA Class rotor and is the only company that possesses the design, data, and expertise necessary to provide the supplies within the time required to meet the Navy’s requirements.
