This project consists of the rehabilitation and upgrades to an existing passive park seating area including demolition of existing site features, site grading, erosion control, sidewalk installation, coordination of pavilion installation with manufacturer (by-others), landscaping and other miscellaneous site improvements at the Lighthouse Hall Seating Area in the Borough of Eddystone. Attention of bidders is called to all of the requirements contained in this bid packet, particularly to the Federal Labor Standards Provisions including Davis-Bacon and Related Acts, various insurance requirements, various equal opportunity provisions, and the requirement for a payment bond and performance bond for 100% of the contract price.
