Church St. Suite 120, Livingston, Texas 77351 prior to 2:00 p.m. on Monday, August 17, 2026. No facsimile transmittal of Bids will be accepted. Bids will be opened and publicly read in the Polk County Purchasing Office at 3:00 p.m. on the deadline date. A copy of the Bid Packet may be obtained by contacting the Polk County Purchasing Office at +1 (555) 000-0000, option 2, or from the “Bid Notices & Proposals” tab of the County’s website – www.polktx.gov .
