Sealed bids will be received electronically through PennBidTM by The Municipal Authority of the Borough of Morrisville for the 2026/2027 Residual Disposal Contract, W-58 until 10:00 AM prevailing time, on the 9th day of September 2026 at which time they will be publicly read at the Authority office, 35 Union Street, Morrisville, PA 19067. All documents and solicitation details are available anytime at PennBidTM (www.PennBid.net). Click on the “Access Projects on the Active Bidding Site” tab to access open public opportunities.
A. Residual Waste Disposal, Contract #W-58: The scope of work is for transport and disposal of water treatment plant residual waste sludge.
Each bid must be accompanied by a certified check or bid bond payable to the Owner in an amount of not less than ten percent (10%) of the bid or bids. Only bonds from companies licensed to do business in the state where the Owner is located will be accepted and the bond shall so state same.
Bids must be submitted unconditionally. No bidder may withdraw bid within SIXTY (60) days after the scheduled closing time for receipt of bids. The Owner reserves the right to waive any informalities, or to reject any or all bids.
