ACCESS POINTS AND LICENSES: 14 Cisco Meraki MR46 Wi-Fi 6 Access Point or equivalent and all related components, including any software or licenses (preferably 5-year MR Enterprise License or equivalent)
FIREWALL AND LICENSE: 1 Cisco Meraki MX105 Security Appliance or equivalent and all related components, including any software or licenses (preferably 5-year MX105 Advanced Security License or equivalent)
UPSs: 1 APC Smart-UPS 3000RM LCD UPS or equivalent and all related components
POWER CONDITIONING/RELATED COMPONENTS: 1 Tripp Lite 2400W Rack-Mount Power Conditioner with AVR or equivalent and all related components

INSTALLATION AND CONFIGURATION: Equitas Academy Charter School #3 is also requesting proposals for the option of installation and configuration services for the equipment listed above. Please price the installation and configuration services separately from the equipment and licenses.
The quote for installation/configuration should include pricing for the removal of existing equipment as well labeling, cleanup, Network testing, validation, and documentation. PLEASE SEE THE ATTACHED DOCUMENT FOR MORE DETAILS.
Equitas Academy Charter School #3 reserves the right to award equipment, licenses and installation services separately, in whole or in part, to one or more vendors.
MIBS:
Equitas Academy Charter School #3 would like quotes for MIBS or equivalent. They are hoping to purchase the new equipment listed on this application at the start of the funding year. They are planning to replace their existing equipment with this new equipment. They would like quotes for MIBS or equivalent for the new equipment listed below. We have also listed the schools existing equipment below in case the installation of their new equipment is delayed. If the installation is delayed, they would like their existing equipment to be supported by MIBS or equivalent until the new equipment is purchased and installed. Only one of the lists below will be supported by MIBS at any given time.
