AI Contract Overview
Southern Nevada Trades High School is seeking quotes for internet access and network infrastructure at its Las Vegas location to support a growing student population of up to 600. The request is divided into two categories. Category 1 focuses on internet connectivity with speeds ranging from 1Gbps to 2+Gbps, specifically requesting fiber or equivalent options. Category 2 focuses on managed internal broadband services, including a fully managed cloud firewall with specific UTM and VPN capabilities and SD-WAN services. Notably, SD-WAN quotes are requested under both categories to allow the school to evaluate different USAC classification options. Vendors must provide comprehensive pricing that includes installation, configuration, build-out costs, and various contract length options. All proposals must comply with E-Rate rules, including FCC Lowest Corresponding Price requirements and security rules prohibiting equipment from covered companies like Huawei and ZTE. Submissions must include the vendor's SPIN and the 470 number, be sent via email to the primary contact and consultant, and clearly list all assumptions used in the proposal.
