2026 Bethel Twp (Delaware County) Road Program - This work includes milling and resurfacing of Hawkhurst Close, Mayfield Lane, and portions of Laughead Lane and Spring Meadow Lane (1050 tons of wearing course overlay).
All bidding documents will be available online at no cost at www.PennBid.net beginning at 1:00 PM on Tuesday, May 26, 2026. All bids received will be opened online on Monday, June 8 at 1:00 PM and referred to the Township for award. Questions may be submitted through PennBid on or before Noon on Thursday, June 4, 2026. Responses will be provided to all registered plan holders. Bethel Township reserves the right to accept or reject any or all bids thereof and waive any informalities in the bidding, as they deem in the interest of the Township
The Bid must be accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the amount of 10% of the Bid, made payable to Bethel Township. This project may be subject to Pennsylvania prevailing wage law.
