This RFB consists of three (3) Deliverables: Deliverable 1 – General Program and Project Requirements; Deliverable 2 – Site Maintenance, Repair, and Restoration; and Inspection; Deliverable 3 – Monitoring, and Reporting. The Ministry of Natural Resources (MNR) maintains and monitors three (3) closed Crown Waste Disposal Sites (WDSs) constructed as part of the remediation of former Mid-Canada Line (MCL) Sites 050, 415, and 500 in the Far North of Ontario.These sites require ongoing maintenance, inspection, monitoring, and reporting activities, including groundwater and surface water monitoring where required, to ensure compliance with applicable approvals and provincial regulatory requirements.
