The school would like quotes for 1+ connection for internet access at their 500 Grand Avenue location (annex) ranging in speed from 300Mbps to 500+Mbps or equivalent. Please provide quotes for Fiber or equivalent in addition to whatever other options you can offer within that range.
Please include quotes a contract for 1 year or equivalent, a contract for 3 years or equivalent and a contract for 5 years or equivalent in addition to whatever contract lengths/options you can offer.
Please include any installation/configuration and/or special construction/build-out costs as well as quotes for any network components that are necessary to deliver your service that will be billed separately.
As per E-Rate rules, all equivalent solutions will be accepted and evaluated.

Category 2: Hope Academy Charter School is one school with 2 locations; the main location is 601 Grand Avenue, Asbury, NJ 07712 and their annex location is 500 Grand Ave, Asbury NJ 07712. Hope Academy Charter School would like quotes for:
29+ Wireless Access Points; (preferably Meraki MR46-HW or equivalent) and all related components including any software or licenses (preferably Meraki LIC-ENT-1YR or equivalent and Meraki LIC-ENT-3YR or equivalent). These wireless access points are all replacements. No new cabling is needed. No new conduit is needed. These WAPs will all be for their 601 Grand Avenue location.
3+ Switches; (preferably Meraki MS130-24P-HW or equivalent) and all related components including any software or licenses (preferably Meraki LIC-MS130-48-1Y or equivalent and Meraki LIC-MS130-48-3Y or equivalent).
The school is not looking for quotes for installation and configuration.
Please note that BMIC has been included to account for any related software, licenses or support that USAC may deem classified in this category.
