한국연구재단에서는 「온라인 논문투고 심사시스템(JAMS)」 사용을 희망하는 학술단체를 아래와 같이 공모하오니 소정의 절차에 따라 신청하여 주시기 바랍니다.
1. 사업 목적: JAMS를 학술단체에 보급하여 논문 게재의 객관성·투명성 강화, 학회 행정업무 경감, 연구 자료의 DB화 지원
2. 지원 분야: 모든 학문 분야(인문사회, 예체능, 이공 및 의약학, 복합학 등)
3. 지원 대상 (※ 이미 JAMS를 보급 받은 학술단체는 별도 신규 신청 불필요)
○ 한국연구재단 등재(후보)학술지를 발행하는 학회 및 대학부설연구소
○ 미등재 학술지 중 아래의 어느 하나에 해당하는 학술단체
① 학술지 지원 사업 중 신생·소외분야에 선정된 학술단체
② 최근 3년('23~'25)동안 한국연구재단 등재(후보)학술지 이력을 가진 학술단체
③ 학술지를 최근 2년(`24, `25) 이상 연 1회 이상 발행하고 있는 학술단체
4. 지원 기간: 1년 (※ 별도의 해지 통보가 없을 경우 지원기간 자동 연장)
5. 지원 내용: 논문 투고·심사 등 학술지 출판의 모든 과정이 온라인상에서 이루어지도록 학술단체에 JAMS 무상 보급
6. 신청 기간: 2026. 2. 27.(금) ~ 12. 31.(목) (연중 상시)
※ 2027. 1. 1.이후 신청 학회는 2027년 신청요강 공고에 따름
7. 신청 방법: KCI 기관회원 가입 후, 시스템 보급 신청 공문 송부 (※ [붙임2~4] 참조)
8. 선정/보급
○ 요건 및 역량 심사를 통과한 학술단체를 최종 선정하며, 선정 결과는 기관별 별도 통보 예정
※ 신청 접수일로부터 약 1개월 소요 예정
○ 최종 선정 기관은 시스템 사용을 위한 협약체결 후 시스템 공식 보급
※ 최종 선정 후 관련 절차 별도 안내
