This small business set-aside project under NAICS 517111 involves a two-phase approach: the installation and configuration of DoDIN APL-certified hardware—including redundant Session Border Controllers supporting 115 Concurrent Call Paths, edge gateway routers, and managed PoE+ switches—interfacing with Avaya Aura Communication Manager Version 10.2, and the uninterrupted sustainment of 17 legacy circuits for approximately nine months during the parallel build-out.
