State/local procurement requirements: Public work and purchase contracts for public schools in New York State are governed by the provisions of the State's General Municipal Law and individual school district purchasing policy. RFP contains specific requirements for this bid. All questions must reference the Form 470 number and must be submitted in writing (e-mail preferable). Technical questions must be submitted in writing to the technical contact listed and jpeters@eratepartnersconsulting.com. Correspondence submitted in any other manner may not be received by the appropriate contacts and may not be considered in the bidding process.
