2027 FACILITIES ACQUISITION & ENGINEERING (FA&E) SUPPORT SERVICES

Deliverables include conceptual and final engineering drawings, site approval requests, Facility Planning Documents, Facility Design Criteria, condition assessments, predictive monitoring reports, and a fully operational technical repository maintained in escrow within three years of contract completion. A dedicated engineering support office must be co-located within five miles of SSP headquarters at the Washington Navy Yard, with all project data retrievable within two business days.
