All designs must be approved by SFA Athletics or University Marketing before installation, and materials must meet a Class A fire rating per ASTM E84. The vendor is required to provide detailed technical documentation including Material Data Sheets for all vinyl and laminate products, a comprehensive Project Plan with production timelines and crew specifications, and warranties covering both installation workmanship and manufacturer material durability. Daily removal of all debris, backing paper, and scraps is mandatory to maintain facility safety during installation. Proposals must be submitted by 5:00 PM CDT on July 1, 2026, and must include a fully itemized cost breakdown across project management, design, materials, surface preparation, and installation labor, with the total price clearly listed in the RFP’s items section. Evaluation will be based on a weighted scoring system, with qualifications and experience and cost proposal each accounting for 35% of the score, past relationship with the university at 15%, and client testimonials from similar institutions at 15%.
