AMENDMENT TO RESPONSE DEADLINE CLOSING TIME: All required supporting documentation and bid submission must be submitted by March 1 2024 at 2pm EST. All bids submitted after will be declared non-responsive. R.065220.783 2100 Walkley Roof Replacement project 2100 Walkley Rd, Ottawa, ON K1G 3V3 This procurement contains a mandatory security requirement. At bid closing, the Bidder must hold a valid Designated Organization Screening (DOS). Failure to comply with this requirement will render the Bid non-compliant. There will be a site visit on Jan 19 at 10am. Interested Bidders are to meet at 2100 Walkley Rd, Ottawa, ON. Names of those attending the site visit and the firm they represent must be provided to the Contracting Authority no later than Jan 16 by 5pm. Any attendance requests after this will be rejected. Any individuals who attend without advance notice will be denied access to the site visit.
