This requirement is for the establishment of a National Individual Standing Offer (NISO) for CORCAN-Correctional Service of Canada for the supply raw material in order to manufacture mattresses listed below. The raw material must be in accordance with the technical requirements as defined at the Annex A. Estimated quantities per year 11,200 units. Orders will be issued on an "as & when requested" basis from the date of issuance of the Standing Offer for a period of one (1) year with the possibility to extend for three (3) additional one-year period.
