All information submitted in response to this announcement is voluntary, and the Government will not pay for information requested nor will it compensate any respondent for any cost incurred in developing information provided to the Government.


The 22d Contracting Squadron (22 CONS) at McConnell Air Force Base is searching for qualified vendors publishing this SOURCES SOUGHT seeking a contractor capable of the providing one (1) laser etcher. (Refer to attached Statement of Need for specifications). The laser etcher utilized shall be brand name or equivalent to P155GA009-SD by Paragon. Offerors proposing an 'or equal' product must provide specifications demonstrating that their proposed product meets or exceeds all salient characteristics.


The Contractor shall furnish all necessary labor, supervision, materials, specialized equipment, transportation, and tools required to complete the installation. This includes comprehensive site preparation, surface cleaning prior to application, and final debris removal. The Contractor must ensure that all work is conducted with minimal disruption to the facility and without degrading the operational integrity or physical security of the workspace.


The Government may use the responses to this Sources Sought for information and planning purposes. This Sources Sought is only for the purpose of identifying potential sources as part of 22 CONS/PKA market research. No Solicitation exists; therefore, do not request a copy. Responses to this Sources Sought are not quotes on which the 22 CONS/PKA can issue any contract. This Sources Sought is issued for information and planning purposes only and does not itself constitute a Solicitation. The Government does not intend to award a contract based only on responses to this Sources Sought
