Background:
The 22d Attack Squadron requires the purchase and replacement of 240 Uninterrupted Power Supply (UPS) batteries with 240 new “C&D UPS12-495PLP” batteries, with new connect, and factionally tested (all batteries, necessary tools, shop supplies, and labor will be provided by the contracted company/workers). Connect and test function of overall system after installation of batteries in building 1057, Creech AFB, NV. Members of the 22 ATKS will provide and facilitate full accesses to necessary work areas M-F, 0800-1600 (not including federal holidays).
Scope:
The contractor shall furnish and install all required components, accessories, and user documentation in accordance with the specifications below:

1. This requirement will be solicited through SAM.gov , submit offers to TSgt Jeffrey Perkins at jeffrey.perkins.4@us.af.mil and Capt Taylor Peeples at taylor.peeples.1@us.af.mil.

2. The incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition
Circular (FAC) 2026-01, dated 13 March 2026.
