This announcement constitutes the only solicitation, proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. This is a request for quotations RFQ. We have a requirement for a Clean Earth Environmental Group Vac/All Catch Basin cleaner or equal. The salient characteristics of the cleaner are found on our web page (http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm). The Catch Basin cleaner must be mounted on a single axle truck chassis with the minimum specifications also found on our web page (http://www.wsmr.army.mil/DOCPAGE/pages/sol_stat.htm). Included in the RFQ is a FOB desitnation to Holloman Air Force Base, New Mexico. Payment for this ite m will be paid for with a Government Purchase Card (GPC) under Net 30 Terms.
