1. The Coronado National Forest, Tucson, Arizona, is soliciting quotes (RFQ) for the supply and FOB Destination delivery of 14,000 pound gooseneck hitch dump trailer to the Sabino Canyon Warehouse, 5700 N. Sabino Canyon Rd., Tucson, AZ 85750. 2. Quotes are to be submitted to Coronado National Forest, Room 5F, 300 W. Congress, Tucson, AZ 85701 or faxed to Alix Ellis at (520) 388-8336 by close of business July 19, 2005. 3. Note: This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in [FAR] Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. 4. This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular (FAC) 01-19. 5. This acquisition is set-aside 100% for small businesses. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 423110 and the size standard is 500 employees. 6. Submit a detailed equipment specification/drawing with price quote for supply and delivery of the following item: One (1) 14,000 pound capacity hydraulic dump trailer with a gooseneck hitch; 14 feet long; heavy duty frame of at least 8 inch channel stock; Tandem axle; 7,000 pounds per axle; slide in ramps; gooseneck minimum clearance height of 65 inches; power-up and power-down hydraulic lift; suspension must be multi leaf, slipper spring with an equalizer; must include spare tire and wheel; and must have electric breaks.7.
