This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. It will be used as a 4-Place Snowmobile trailer, to haul and store, loading side by side versus staggered. The contractor shall ensure the requirement and specified features are new, used or remanufactured products will not be accepted, and shall be accordance with the Buy American Act. The Trailer must conform to the salient characteristics listed in the - Product Specifications below. Trailer shall meet all DOT regulations and OSHA safety requirements and have the proper safety equipment installed (i.e. safety Chains, electric brakes, etc.). All work performed by the Contractor shall be in accordance with all known and applicable Federal, State, and Forest Service regulations and laws, and standard industry practices for this work.
