Public Services and Procurement Canada, on behalf of CanmetENERGY Devon CE-D has a requirement to procure one (1) 600MHz Nuclear Magnetic Resonance Spectrometer (NMR) for the analysis of solution samples. The system must include all instrument components, manuals, instruments peripherals, operating software, pre-installation check lists, modules, accessories, consumables, installation and operator training, all electrical power cables, connecting cables and any other connection type cables and tubing’s required to operate the whole system as one fully automated system. Furthermore, the current instrument magnet must be de-energized for scrap. The 600MHz NMR system must be supplied, installed and fully operational by March 31, 2025. The shipment must be packaged and secured on a platform such as a pallet or platform that can be lifted with a fork truck or pallet jack. No loading dock is available. A bid must comply with the requirements of the solicitation of offers and meet the mandatory technical evaluation criteria. Canada will consider the compliant offer with the lowest evaluated price on an aggregate basis for award. Bidders may request a debriefing on the results of the bid solicitation. Bidders should make the request to the Contracting Authority within 15 working days from receipt of notification that their bid was unsuccessful. Reference the solicitation for further details. This PWGSC office provides procurement services to the public in English OR English and French. Documents may be submitted in either official language of Canada.
