The bid is available through Bid Express at: https://www.bidexpress.com/businesses/56536/home. The bids can only be submitted through Bid Express. Free registration with Bid Express will allow a bidder to review and print all City of Springfield projects. A digital ID will be required for the bidder to submit an electronic bids. The digital ID can be set up through Bid Express. Please note that it can take up to seven (7) days to receive the digital ID.
