The Department of Veterans Affairs, Network Contracting Office (NCO) 2 intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP), brand name only, sole source action. Name of Contractor: Bravo Inc. Street Address: 1811 SE 5th Avenue City, State, Zip: Cape Coral, FL 33990 The VA WNY Healthcare System (VAWNYHS), Environmental Management Services Department located at 3495 Bailey Avenue, Buffalo, NY 14215 is requesting the procurement of two John Deere 544P Loaders with 3 Year/1500 Hour (No Travel Time/Mileage) Preventative Maintenance and Extended Warranty for Powertrain and Hydraulic for 3000 Total Hours or 36 Total Months. Additionally, the VAWNYHS Buffalo Grounds requests trade-in of their two 2011 John Deere 544K Loaders be considered as a part of this acquisition. The VAWNYHS in Buffalo, NY has 2 John Deere 544 with multiple attachments and is seeking the same make and model machines to be compatible with existing attachments. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this procurement is 333924 and the size standard is 1,250 employees. No solicitation package will be issued.
