Inquiries Inquiry 91889 | We are requesting a bid due date extension of 2 weeks. | Answer: Please refer to 2nd round and closing date 7/21. | Answered: 7/7/2026 Inquiry 91892 | Calls to provide all options for wetting tank size, location, installation, and plumbing. How does the State wish to see this pricing. Is it to be included in all the Section 1 spreaders on the price page, or does it need to be split out and itemized on the price page? If itemized are we allowed to insert additional rows on the price sheet tab, section 1? | Answer: Please see 247-27 Round 3 with updated pricing document removal of the 4k. | Answered: 7/7/2026 Inquiry 92319 | We need clarification about the pin and latching systems. Also, the under tailgate system would be dual spinner or Auger. Under-Tailgate Mounting Configurations We notice the bid outlines requests for both Single Spinner units and Dual Spinner/Split-Auger units. Could you clarify if these units are designated for different localized applications? For instance, are the dual-spinner/split-auger units strictly intended for multi-lane expressways or wide-area clearing (like airports) where a wider 40-foot flat trajectory pattern is needed? Knowing this helps us optimize our hydraulic motor torque settings.Quick Disconnect Pin & Latching System : Our team wants to map out the exact clearance tolerances for the tool-free, quick-disconnect pin mounting and the bottom clean-out door cam-locks. Are your standard dump bodies already retrofitted with a specific manufacturer's quick-detach receiver plates, or should our unattached mounting brackets be engineered to fit a standard chassis rub rail layout? | Answer: The use for the single and dual undertailgate spreaders are primarily for two-lane and four-lane highways. Our standard dump bodies are not retrofitted with specific manufacturer's quick-detach mounting brackets, the vendor is to supply mounting brackets for the bed side and spreader side shipped unattached. ODOT does not call out a specific cam lock latch for the cleanout on the bottom of the trough. | Answered: 7/15/2026
