INTRODUCTION SCOPE OF WORKThe Bay County Board of County Commissioners (County) requests Proposals from financially secure firms or individuals with extensive experience in gift shop and bait and tackle shop retail operations in Florida, to lease and operate the Bait and Tackle Shop. Services will also, through a license, provide goods or services for beach or water recreational activities at the County’s M.B. Miller Pier and Rick Seltzer Park.
