Proposed improvements include construction of comprehensive stormwater management system improvements which includes, but is not limited to: (a) installation of new stormwater infrastructure (i.e. inlets, culverts, conveyance channels, detention facilities, etc.), (b) construction of a new underground detention (i.e., StormCapture units), (c) construction of a pump station at Long Hollow Pond with installation of associated electrical, mechanical, and conveyance infrastructure, (d) construction of multipurpose recreational areas that also serve as stormwater management facilities (e) construction of park pavement and surfacing, (f) installation of site planting and planting soils, (g) construction of irrigation infrastructure, (h) installation of site lighting and electrical, (i) installation of signage and wayfinding, (j) installation of site furnishings (benches, bollards, water fountains, bike racks, trash receptacles), and (k) installation of other miscellaneous site features.
Contractor’s work shall include the necessary coordination of all existing utilities with respective owners and to timely address any potential conflicts with required work.
