26-27 Osceola Cat 2 Cabling

A walk-through is required for vendors interested in bidding. Please see the attached document for details, seeking both installation of new cabling and removal of existing cabling.

Proposals should separately itemize the cost of E-rate eligible and ineligible services. Bids should include any management/software licenses needed. We are seeking licenses under Internal Connections & BMIC as it's unclear which service type it may fall under. Bids must include & itemize all necessary cabling, connectors, components, installation, configuration, travel and per diems. Pricing must be valid throughout the funding year and include all taxes and associated fees. The Applicant will accept bids for functional equivalents when a preferred make/manufacturer is listed. Quantities are subject to change based on E-Rate program funding. All hardware must be new & compatible with existing infrastructure. The applicant reserves the right to reject bids that are received on or after the Allowable Contract Date shown on the Form 470 and any quote/proposal submitted that does not specifically address the services requested, is generic in nature or otherwise does not meet the requirements contained in this Form 470.

State/local procurement requirements: Please be sure to submit all of your bids to the designated technical contact person on the Form 470. The consultant is NOT evaluating bids or making decisions about services sought for compliance purposes. All bids considered must follow local & state procurement guidelines. All bidders must have an E-Rate SPIN - SPIN should clearly be listed on vendor's bid. All bidders must have the 2026 Service Provider Annual Certification Form 473 on file with USAC by 09/01/2026. The Applicant may consider multi-year contracts. Any voluntary contract extensions must be identified within the awarded contract and must be of specified number/duration. Service Providers submitting proposals in response to this FCC Form 470 must be in compliance with the rules and orders governed by the Federal Communications Commission. Failure to be in compliance and remain in compliance may result in the denial of discount funding &/or cancellation of funding commitments. As required by E-Rate rules, all bids in response to this Form 470 must offer the Lowest Corresponding Price and any available governmental unit discounts.
