The Illinois Department of Natural Resources Office of Law Enforcement is soliciting bids for the procurement of side imaging GPS sonar units and related equipment. The required equipment includes four Humminbird XPLORE 10 GPS Fish Finders, two MEGA Live Imaging Universal Hand Transducers, three XHS 9 HDSI 180 T Transom Mount Transducers, three Minn Kota Ultrex Bow-Mount Trolling Motors, and one MEGA 360 Imaging Ultrex transducer. All items must be brand new and free from defects. The selected vendor must be an authorized wholesaler or retailer and is responsible for delivery on an FOB Destination basis. Deliverables include two copies of operator and maintenance manuals and the provision of equipment training upon delivery. The contract is subject to the State of Illinois Standard Terms and Conditions, which include compliance with the State Prompt Payment Act, strict invoicing deadlines by July 31 for the preceding fiscal year, and the requirement to maintain comprehensive general commercial liability, auto, and worker's compensation insurance. Award consideration for equal products is based on a pass/fail evaluation of the provided technical specifications.
