This procurement for the Chandler Unified School District 80 involves the acquisition of Wi-Fi 6E wireless equipment and associated licensing. The hardware requirements include 1,649 indoor access points with 176 ceiling mount brackets, 10 outdoor access points with hanging or tilt mounts, and 30 dual-radio outdoor access points with ceiling mounts. The request specifies equipment equivalent to Aruba models and requires a wireless controller with pricing for both 3-year and 5-year licensing options, as well as a 3-year license for the access points. This is an equipment-only request; no labor or installation services are included. The procurement is not a formal sealed bid process, but it must adhere to the Arizona State Procurement Code and FCC Lowest Corresponding Price Rule. Any proposal exceeding 100,000 dollars must be linked to a State Master Contract, IGA, or approved cooperative purchasing agreement to avoid disqualification. Contracts shorter than 60 months must allow for annual or monthly extensions at the applicant's discretion. Bidders must quote eligible and ineligible products separately and ensure responses are specific to the requested services to be considered responsive.
