The Camp Verde Unified School District 28 is seeking quotes for a NextGeneration Firewall to replace an existing Watchguard M4600 for approximately 2,900 users. The required hardware must deliver at least 25Gbps effective throughput with full security features enabled, including IPS/IDS, application control, and threat protection, and must include a compatible SFP28 cable. The scope of work encompasses full installation, configuration based on existing policies, testing for throughput and call quality, and the provision of comprehensive documentation and administrative training. The package must also include three years of Advanced Threat Protection licenses, warranty, and software support. This procurement must comply with FCC E-Rate guidelines, specifically the Lowest Corresponding Price Rule, and requires a clear separation of eligible and ineligible costs. While this is not a formal sealed bid process, any proposal exceeding 100,000 dollars must be linked to a State Master Contract or an approved cooperative purchasing agreement to avoid disqualification under the Arizona State Procurement Code. Contracts shorter than 60 months must allow for annual or monthly extensions at the district's discretion. Proposals must be specific to the requested services to be considered responsive.
