AI Contract Overview
This Form 470 solicitation consists of three distinct projects that may be awarded individually or as a single package: a firewall upgrade, UPS battery backup installation, and a wireless LAN and cabling project. The firewall requirement specifies next-generation hardware with 5Gbps throughput and a three-year security and support license, provided as equipment only. The UPS project requires two 2000W lithium rack-mount units including installation labor. The wireless and cabling project involves seven Category 6 cable drops with a minimum 15-year warranty, a campus assessment, and seven WiFi7 wireless access points with a three-year license and installation labor, though the school will handle configuration. Procurement is governed by the Arizona State Procurement Code and FCC E-Rate rules, including the Lowest Corresponding Price Rule. While this is not a formal sealed bid process, any proposal exceeding 100,000 dollars must be linked to a State Master Contract or approved cooperative purchasing agreement to avoid disqualification. Vendors must quote eligible and ineligible products separately and ensure contracts under 60 months allow for annual or monthly extensions. Partial quotes for individual projects are not permitted; each selected project must be quoted in full.
