Pursuant to MGL Chapter 30, Sec. 39M, the City of Gloucester seeks sealed bids, for ON-CALL CCTV, JET/VAC, SEPTIC PUMPING, AND VACUUM EXCAVATION. Bids will be due and opened electronically on November 19, 2025 at 11:00 a.m. on bidnet direct. https://www.bidnetdirect.com/massachusetts/gloucesterma. Bids will be available on October 29, 2025 at bidnet direct. Massachusetts Prevailing Wage Rates shall apply. A bid deposit in the amount of 5% of the total bid price must accompany each bid.
