27-017-Abernathy Greenway Southside Improvements (Re-bid)

The Abernathy Greenway Southside Improvement Project is a comprehensive initiative by the City of Sandy Springs, Georgia, to transform a greenspace park into an accessible, environmentally sensitive, and community-focused destination. The scope of work involves extensive site preparation, including erosion control, selective clearing, demolition, and grading, alongside the installation of infrastructure such as trails, storm drainage, stream restoration, water quality measures, and a nature preserve area.
