The Illinois State Police is procuring sUAS parachute recovery systems and associated accessories for the DJI Matrice 30T over a one-year period. The scope of procurement includes parachute recovery systems featuring autonomous and manual deployment capabilities with automatic flight termination, intelligent flight batteries for the Matrice 30T, intelligent batteries for the DJI RC Plus controller, and compatible folding propellers. All supplied items must be manufactured within twelve months of delivery, and the manufacturer must provide documented flight-test results for deployment and descent rates. Deliveries are to be made to Springfield, Illinois, with a required delivery window of 90 days from the order date.
