27-day Dry Cargo Time Charter

The U.S. Department of Defense, through the Military Sealift Command Norfolk, has awarded Contract N3220526R6043 for a 27-day firm-fixed-price time charter of a Roll-On/Roll-Off vessel to transport military cargo from Corpus Christi, Texas, to Gdansk, Poland. The contract, issued under FAR Part 12, requires the vessel to be fully bunkered at delivery, maintain a minimum speed of 15 knots, and accommodate cargo with a main deck capacity of 20 feet or more. The contractor must submit a detailed stow plan verified through ICODES, ensure proper cargo lashing and vessel stability, and provide a Certificate of Inspection.
