This acquisition will be negotiated on a sole source basis with MTU Detroit Diesel/Rolls Royce. Interested persons may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement or submit proposals prior to offer due date. Terms will be FOB Destination to Strategic Weapons Facility, Pacific and Strategic Weapons Facility, Atlantic. Required delivery is no later than 120 days after receipt of offers. It is anticipated that the solicitation will be posted to NECO website on or about 22 July 2016. A Firm-fixed Price, Supply type contract will be awarded in accordance with FAR parts 12 and 13.5 commercial and Simplified Acquisition Procedures. All responsible sources may submit a proposal which shall be considered by FLCPS.
