This engine is still under warranty. The warranty term will be extended by the amount of warranty remaining and will commence when the engine is reinstalled in helicopter N846BP. The requirement will be processed under the authority of 10 USC 2304(c)(1), Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirement.
