This contract is for the procurement of new manufactured Vane Assemblies for the F100 Engine compressor, specifically the 9th Stage Compressor Stator. These nickel alloy components are designated as Critical Safety Items and are used to direct bleed air flow between the 8th and 10th stages of the stator assembly. The requirement is for a quantity of up to 31 units to be delivered to destination SW3211 within 308 calendar days after receipt of order. The government intends to solicit this requirement from a limited number of sources under FAR 6.302-1, identifying United Technologies Corporation as the current qualified source.
