DHS U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement, Enforcement and Removal Operations, Office of Acquisition Management, on behalf of the Public Safety Partnership Division, is conducting market research to identify potential contractor support for the 287(g) Program. ICE is requesting industry review and comment on a draft Performance Work Statement to assess vendor capabilities and inform acquisition planning.
The contemplated requirement includes support for program outreach, training, communications, partner engagement, and related program management services. ICE is seeking feedback from interested vendors on their technical capabilities, business size, relevant contract vehicles, proposed technical approach, schedule feasibility, compliance considerations, estimated costs, and recommended improvements to the draft requirement.
