This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in the notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The Federal Bureau of Prisons, Federal Correctional Institution, Williamsburg, South Carolina intends to issue solicitation RFQP03161100008 for the requirements of: QUARTERLY SUBSISTENCE -EGGS. This solicitation is restricted to 100% small business, FOB Destination, delivery dates will begin January 1, 2011 through January 15, 2011 deliveries dates are Monday for 13 weeks beginning January 1st through March 31, 2011. All deliveries must be delivered by 12:00 noon. Deliveries will be made to the Federal Correctional Institution, 8301 Hwy 521, Salters, SC 29590. The contract type is a firm-fixed price. The Government reserves the right upon award to make formal single or multiple awards.
