Full Description

The U.S. FDA San Juan Laboratory in the Office of Regulatory Science, Office of Medical Products, Tobacco, and Specialty Laboratory Operations requires the replacement of an existing Modular 3-phase 60kVA UPS system. Due to the passing of Hurricane Maria, the UPS system was damaged and needs to be replaced before laboratory operations can fully resume. This requirement is being solicited in accordance with FAR 52.211-6, Brand Name or Equal. The Contractor shall provide a UPS System equivalent to a Tripp Lite SmartOnline Modular 3-phase UPS sytem SU60k with the Original Equipment Manufacturer's (OEM) warranty. Please see the attached RFQ for complete requirement details. Any parties interested in this requirement should thoroughly read the attached RFQ for technical specifications and submission instructions. Offerors must state how they meet or exceed the all requirements outlined in the RFQ. The FDA intends to issue a firm fixed-price purchase order based on the lowest priced technically acceptable offer. Quotes shall include all descriptive material necessary to determine whether the proposed product meets all technical specifications.
